Pentair makes it very confusing to buy cartridges. They put several numbers on the end caps and the numbers are all different cartridges with different sizes. On the outside of the filter housing there is a label with part numbers listed across the top. If you follow the column down, there will be a punch out at the bottom of the column for the cartridge needed. The polyester industrial filter material is made from 90 percent post-consumer recycled plastic. Each square foot of filter material removes one 16 oz plastic bottle from the landfills. The ECOline cartridges are better for the planet and are a reliable recycled product environmentally better, by repurposing plastic bottles, by improving energy efficiency, and by decreasing waste. The ECO-line cartridges are warrantied for 1 year from date of purchase against defects in materials and/or workmanship. This core doesn't require a flow restricting adapter support in the center and is the strongest in the industry. The end cap is made from high quality polyurethane to provide strength and chemical resistance, with an anti fungal Biocide added.
