The Aladdin ECO-line of pool filters is setting a new environmental standard thanks to the addition of a wonderful new fiber! Using material made from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles, ECO line offers an environmentally responsible solution to water filtration. This eco-friendly product meets or exceeds industry standards for performance and filtration. The manufacturing of ECOline cartridges uses less petroleum and emits fewer greenhouse gases. The polyester industrial filter material is made from 90 percent post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic. Each square foot of filter material removes one 16 oz plastic bottle from the landfills. The ECOline cartridges are better for the planet and are a reliable recycled product environmentally better, by repurposing plastic bottles, by improving energy efficiency, and by decreasing waste. The ECO-line cartridges are warrantied for 1 year from date of purchase against defects in materials and/or workmanship. The custom core configuration is designed for optimum water flow and efficient filtration. This core doesn't require a flow restricting adapter support in the center and is the strongest in the industry. The end cap is made from high quality polyurethane to provide strength and chemical resistance, with an anti fungal Biocide added.
